AFFILIATE TERMS AND AGREEMENT
The following document outlines the terms of the Zen WP Affiliate Program.
DEFINITIONS
The term “you” or “your” as used herein shall at all times include the individual or legal entity which is a member of the Zen WP Affiliate Program hereunder, including but not limited to any and all persons and/or legal entities with which it is affiliated and/or associated, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors and assigns.
(“We” and “Zen WP”) Zen WP LLC. owns and operates all web pages available at zenwp.co and all linked pages (“Site”) are accessed by you under the Affiliate Agreement described below (“Affiliate Agreement” and “Agreement”).
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Please read this document carefully before using or joining the Zen WP Affiliate Program. By signing up for the Affiliate Program, viewing or using any of the provided media assets, or using the Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms outlined in this document, which together with out Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, governs our relationship with you in relation to the Affiliate Program. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the site.
SEARCH CAMPAIGNS – PROTECTED SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING BIDDING KEYWORDS, PROHIBITED SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING DISPLAY URL CONTENT, LIMITED USE SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING AD COPY CONTENT.
The use of the name, registered and unregistered trademarks, or service marks of Zen WP, in search engine marketing is not permitted. The advertising of branded keyword “www.zenwp.co” with the visible URL, other Zen WP business domains, and so-called “Keyword Typos” are not permitted. Moreover, it is not permitted to link directly from search ads to the Zen WP website.
SEARCH CAMPAIGNS – NEGATIVE MATCHING FOR PROTECTED KEYWORDS
Negative matching for protected keywords is required.
PROHIBITED WEBSITE DOMAIN KEYWORDS, PROHIBITED WEBSITE URL KEYWORDS, PROHIBITED WEBSITE CONTENT, USE OF LOGOS AND TRADEMARKS IN WEBSITES
The use of the name, registered and unregistered trademarks, or service marks of Zen WP and/or logos of Zen WP is generally permitted only if the Affiliate receives prior consent from Zen WP. In particular, the Affiliate is not permitted to use the brand called “Zen WP”, even in a modified spelling, as part of a domain or subdomain. The Affiliate is obligated to ensure its website does not violate intellectual property rights, including copyrights, as well as any applicable laws pertaining to data protection.
PAYOUT
When a referred user signs up for Zen WP’s services, the referrer or affiliate will be paid 8% of the referred user’s subscription plan’s price for each period the aforementioned user stays subscribed to Zen WP.
For example, if a user signs up through your affiliate link and remains subscribed to Zen WP for a total of 16 months under the Standard Plan, which costs $129 per month, then you will be paid a total of $165.12 for that customer.
Payout amounts will be accrued on the business day after a referred customer successfully makes a payment through Zen WP’s website.
Once a payout figure exceeds $100, a payment of the accrued payout figure will be issued to you in $100 increments to your Paypal account. Payments will be processed and sent out on the first day of every month.
A bonus of $3,000 will be awarded for every 100th customer that is referred to Zen WP.
Zen WP reserves the right to make adjustments to an affiliate’s future payouts for invalidated payments due to fraud or chargebacks or refunds. In addition, referred users whose payments have been invalidated due to fraud or chargebacks or refunds will not count toward the aforementioned $1,000 bonus.
HOW REFERRALS ARE TRACKED
Affiliates are given access to personalized links that will be able to track qualified sales through the use of cookies. Cookies have a valid duration of 30 days, where affiliates may be eligible for commission or payout.
Referrals that are not tracked by implemented links and cookies are not eligible for commission or payout.
APPROVAL-ONLY PROGRAM
The Zen WP Affiliate Program’s sign up page and link are not given to the general public. However, it may be accessed by any member of the public, as it isn’t restricted.
Zen WP, however, only approves affiliates individually.
In addition, you or Zen WP may at any time terminate the Affiliate relationship.
CONFLICT WITH CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM
Zen WP also offers a customer referral program to current customers of Zen WP as outlined in the Terms of Service.
Users who sign up through an affiliate link and through a customer referral where the referring customer is eligible for the referral bonus, the affiliate will not be eligible for commission or payout on that particular user.
