Do you really offer unlimited support?
Yes! But if we feel that you are stretching our friendship, we’ll let you know and ask that you switch to a custom plan.
What kind of jobs do you do?
We can do any basic, 30-minute WordPress task. Here are some examples of jobs that we commonly do. If you require more advanced support with your website, or have a more complex issue, we can help on a project basis, which will be billed separately on top of your monthly subscription.
How long does it take you to complete a job?
We strive to fulfill individual support requests within 24 hours.
Do you really provide 24/7 support?
Yes! We mean it when we say that we’re always available. Our Helpdesk provides 24/7/365 support, even on holidays.
For those with dedicated Account Managers, they will not be available on weekends and on U.S. holidays. Any support requests, including urgent requests can be sent to our Support Engineers at our Helpdesk at email@example.com, who will perform work during these times.
Do you require any commitments or contracts?
No. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. In fact, there are no hidden fees or extra charges. The only thing you will ever have to pay us is your monthly subscription.
How many jobs can I request at a time?
We can work on one job at a time but don’t worry, we work quickly so you’ll be able to submit another one ASAP.
Do you support multiple websites?
Our monthly plans support only one WordPress installation but you are more than welcome to have a separate account for each site.
Do you do custom development work?
Yes. If you need development work or have a problem that requires more attention than what is covered under our support plans, we can work on a project basis. Contact us for more information.
How do I submit a request for a job to be done?
Send an email to our Helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
